Yesterday I was working, completely forgot about the SpaceX Dragon landing. For some reason, I turned the news on, just in time to see the landing. It was beautiful and exciting.

Our astronauts are home!
Welcomed by dolphins! That was AMAZING!

While I missed the landing, it is nice to see that NASA astronauts returned home after many months on the ISS. Thanks for sharing, and have a good day 🙂 Aiva xx

Yes, I’m curious to see how they will be feeling, etc.

Ah, good for you for catching this moment as it happened. I’m so relieved these two are “home” (as well as safe). They took this calamity in stride and made the most of their extra time in spaace. And it’s a little jaw-dropping how we have the technology to bring them back less than a year later.

Did they sent two other astronauts up to bring the two back? I didn’t keep up on that, but 4 astronauts came out.

Good question about four astronauts. I don’t even know if this rocket was only meant for rescue purposes or for other needs as well. I’m just glad all are back safe and sound.

Yeah, we watched it as it happened as well. The dolphins were pretty cool, and they kept predators away!

The Universe is interesting, that the dolphins should arrive at that particular moment. It was beautiful. LOL – another astronaut said when he came back years ago, he wanted pizza.

I remember space travel as something only a gigantic government program could handle. The idea that a private company can come in and fix NASA’s mess is mind boggling to me.

Astronauts Williams and Wilmore were in space for over nine months. What an ordeal they went through. Most people couldn’t have withstood it.

True, and I’m sure they had their moments but were trained to see it was “GREAT!”
