I’ve been doing a lot of puzzles lately. Some of them have so much puzzle dust. How to deal with this??
Someone suggested the “mini vacuum.” Wow, I had no idea this existed.
You can find them at Target, Amazon, etc. They come in all sorts of styles. I went for the blue ladybug.
They aren’t just for puzzle dust. Imagine toast and bread crumbs or eraser dust. This would be perfect for that too.
I think kids would enjoy clean up with this cute lady bug.
That is your smile for the day.
Have a great weekend.

This ladybug is really cute. Have a great weekend.

It is the cute robots who will be the front line of the robot apocalypse. You’d never allow a killbot into your house, but the innocent looking helper drones sweeping up your crumbs during the day will know where the knives are hid at night.

I’ve been working puzzles and every time I sit down to work I think of these posts.

I tried one of those once. It gathered the blender, air fryer, can opener, toaster, and microwave, and together they formed a union and refused to work unless I agreed to abandon my house.

LOL – thanks for making me laugh. Doesn’t that happen with homes, once one appliance breaks down, they all do.

What a great idea Monica – don’t you wish you had invented it? My mom was often grumbling about puzzle dust. She had a big soft Styrofoam board she moved around from the table to the stove or down the hall when she had a puzzle in progress. She taped her outer edge down with double-faced tape to make it more portable and nothing ever slid off. In a small house, you get creative. 🙂

How fun! Yes, I agree, also with puzzling, we like to change where we do it, like reading a book or whatever. One place gets boring.

What a great idea, I might have to get one too.

Yes, I wondered if it would work and it does. Also, it does look cute on my desk. An outdoor lady bug friend. They have so many to choose from, some look. More like a little robot.

Does it move around like a Roomba or is it a handheld? Either way, great idea! Beats the mess of trying to use a wet sponge.

Interesting, I thought it was hand held. Just turned it on. It does move in a circle, but it doesn’t seem to go all over. I think it’s the vibration that makes it go in a circle. you don’t have to clean much up, so hand held is perfect.

I have one of those and it is a great puzzle accessory! Mine is a boring gray, though – I wish I had gone for a more interesting one like you did!

Amazon had so many choices. You can always gift that one to someone and get the brighter colored one. 😉

That’s a great idea! I may just do that!

That sounds like a term of disgust muttered by an old British lady – “Oh, puzzledust!” 😛

JP – that is hysterical!! You just brought me into a Jane Austen movie where the mother is sitting with her daughters, afternoon tea and they are doing needle point, card games, etc. I could see a mother lifting her tea cup and saying that in such proper English.
