Are you like me? You’ve seen a mug, you like the design, you’ve bought it, and it works perfectly?!

Well, this is the FIRST time that a mug design has not worked.

I’m curious… without telling you the issue… CAN you see what the problem is?

FYI – I don’t buy mugs often, but now if I do, I will be scrutinizing the mug BEFORE purchase.
