How can a book be translated electronically?

My mother has this book from her childhood. She said all children read it.

The story of a young boy who writes in his diary of his daily events. Apparently, he’s always getting into trouble.

Does anyone know of a way to translate a book electronically.

It would take me forever to translate this by using Google. I would like to read it.

I saw an App that allows you to scan a page and then it reads it back to you. So, there must be a way to translate a big document, right.

And maybe, there is already an English version. There’s a thought. Any good sleuths out there?

Have a good day!

  1. I’ll bet a big bookstore like Barnes & Noble might know if it is available in an English version. I looked on Amazon since Vero translated the title, but nothing came up with that name.

      1. I get that Monica, believe me. I like easy too these days and, as I write that, I just got into WordPress and now stuff looks different again. Sometimes I just say “whatever”. 🙂

      2. And the strange thing was that it was back to the old way the next time. Last week I went to upload pictures for a post, and that was all different – more steps than usual, but after a few pictures, I was able to do it “the old way” – go figure!

  2. When I was a child I read stories from books at my grandparents’ house that I wish I could read to my own grandchildren today. I remember bits and pieces of these stories but not the book or title associated with them. If only AI could provide that kind of assist too!

    1. You’d have to sit and type in things you remember. Gabriella found a puzzle we loved from her childhood. It was so hard, I did all sorts of searches, I had the picture of the puzzle in my mind, did not know brand or title. Somehow, she found it on EBay. A sweet miracle.
