Fall has come so quickly. It’s dark earlier at night, it’s dark later in the morning AND the temperature has dropped. I’m not complaining, just thinking that I don’t remember the season changing this fast.
I saw this beautiful flower. It’s really quite perfect.
The one next to it had opened a little bit.
Soon the leaves will start falling.

Yes, due to this Super El Nino. I hope they are right too because I am so far behind in my walking miles and I hope to get a lot of walking done now that it is a little cooler.

A beautiful flower. We started going into spring in mid-July this year. July is usually our coldest month 🤷♀️

I agree – that’s a perfect bloom, like something you might draw with a Spirograph (remember those?) Glad to hear your temps are fall-like in the upper Midwest. Ours should start to follow suit this week but the heat/humidity has lingered at least a couple of weeks longer than we’ve been used to.
