This was funny. I have a friend whose birthday is on Halloween. Imagine that!!
I was at the store and came across this Halloween phone. A shame, I think it needed a battery, so that the skeleton’s head would light up while dialing/calling someone.
Dialing the phone was fun, like the “old days,” when as you dial, you hear a clicking sound.
I imagined being in a haunted house, finding this phone and calling GHOST BUSTERS!
H-E-L-P —> Get me out of here!
I’ve seen a Ghost! 👻
I leave you with the Halloween Hotline!
Cheers to a great weekend!

I love that telephone!!

I called the Hotline. They put me on hold, with a wait time of 47 years, so I am guessing they get a lot of calls from Vampires and Ghosts.

Thanks for making me laugh so hard!! For us old timers, it was nice to see the old phone like that. Miss dialing a number like that. 😉

I love the phone. Who ya gonna call?!! My idea of a Halloween Hotline would be to get the 411 on who’s giving away the good candy and who’s giving out Smarties. 🙂

Love your thinking!! Great idea. Why waste time on people who give apples. LOL

Do some folks in your area put up lots of Halloween decorations outside their houses? It has become the thing to do where I live.

In the past I saw a lot, but this year I haven’t seen as much. That would be a good post, would love to see what they do in your neighborhood. Last year it was a lot of skeletons.

Cool phone. The receiver is the old-fashioned design with the bent mouthpiece. The cradle looks like a candelabra. The gold dial is a nice touch. And I’d love to see the skeleton head light up when the phone rings. If we still had a landline I’d consider buying it!
